Marissa’s passion for architecture began at age 11, sketching houses from the Sunday paper. Now, with more than 20 years of professional experience, she brings that same creativity and precision to every project—designing homes that are not only beautiful, but also comfortable, efficient, and future-ready.

As a Certified Passive House Designer and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Marissa creates spaces that support healthier living, lower energy use, and adapt gracefully to her clients’ changing needs. From concept through construction, she ensures the process is clear, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s vision.

Her background in a design-build firm reinforced the value of strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, and clients alike—an approach she continues to prioritize today. Licensed in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas, Marissa combines technical expertise with genuine care to deliver spaces that work beautifully for the people who live in them.
